Some days are good, some are great, and some… well, you might wish you never got out of bed. And on those tough days, it’s easy to slip into a “woe is me, life stinks” kind of mindset.

But I’m here to tell you—there is always something to find joy in.

Sometimes it’s as simple as that first cup of coffee in the morning, a warm smile from a loved one, or the comfort of a cozy blanket wrapped around your shoulders. These little joys inspired me to create Joyfully Tammy. After some unexpected, life-altering experiences, I found myself slipping into a funk. But then I took a step back and realized how much I still had to be grateful for.

So, I did a self-check, made a list of the things that brought me joy, and decided to dust off the book I started years ago. That was the spark that led to this blog.
